Abstract

Delegates will focus on realising the potential that a story holds; looking at maximising a stories impact and effectiveness. Issues such as how to support service users in the telling of their story and what do you do with your stories once they've been colleced. Using the Telling Stories, Understanding Real Life Genetics websites: www.geneticseducation.nhs.uk/tellingstories the working explores how stories can be delivered within a supporting framework that includes learning outcomes and other tools to provide guidance in the end-user.
