Abstract
This article is the latest in a series that considers the case of Re X (female genital mutilation protection order)(No.2) which concerned a baby girl at risk of FGM if she travelled to Egypt to visit her father and his family. This paper examines the rehearing in the High Court following the Court of Appeal judgment earlier in the year.
