Abstract

The strategy that Netanyahu led as prime minister in the years 2009-2021 is not only a military-security strategy, but a Grand-strategy of national security. Netanyahu adopted the strategy of action, practical Zionism, over revisionist political Zionism. Netanyahu, in his own way, became the last of the "Mapainikim" who knew how to establish a state, develop it and fortify its power and position by virtue of the act and by strengthening the Iron Wall.
