Abstract

With increasing utilization of recycled waste glass in concrete, there is a growing interest in the performance of concrete with waste glass especially at high temperature. This paper examines the mechanical properties and structural behaviours of concrete with waste glass under temperatures ranging from 20 °C to 900 °C. The concrete contains different combinations of 0%-100% waste glass with various particle sizes as fine and coarse aggregates replacement. The effect of waste glass on concrete under high temperature is analyzed. It is found that utilization of waste glass in concrete enhances concrete resistance to high temperatures.
