Abstract
WIHSC undertook a scoping study to review the issues underpinning Continuing Healthcare (CHC). The study was centred on the experiences of people with learning difficulties and disabilities, those of advocates, and the multi-disciplinary team meetings that are convened to make determinations about primary health need.
