Plant lipid researchers meet in Hungary

Research output: Contribution to specialist publicationArticle

Abstract

From Jun 1-4, 2004, plant lipid researchers convened in Budapest (Hungary) for the 16th International Plant Lipid Symposium. One feature of the conference was that many talks crossed the boundaries of several topic areas, so there were talks about fatty acids in the biotechnology session and vice versa. Topics covered include lipid biosynthesis, lipid function, fatty acids, regulation, metabolism, membrane lipids, biotechnology, waxes and stress, and lipolytic enzymes.
