Abstract

Narratives, stories, anecdotes or tales, call them what you will, they are simply everywhere; they permeate our lives, including our working lives. From the boardroom to the basement, storytelling acts as the most efficient and effective means we have of communicating our failures and successes, attitudes, values and beliefs.
