Offensive Weapons Homicide Review pilot evaluation: 18-month report

This evaluation was commissioned by the Home Office and led by Ecorys, in partnership with University of South Wales and University of Hull. The final report was authored by Matthew Cutmore, Panos Deoudes, Dr Jenni Barton-Crosby (all Ecorys) and Dr Helen Jones (USW).
