Abstract
Erectile dysfunction is a common sexual problem in men that can result in poor self-image and depression. There is growing evidence linking erectile dysfunction and cardiovascular disease. The author discusses the risk factors, diagnosis and the treatment options available, and describes the preferred approach at his own clinic.
