Abstract
Research has been undertaken to critically investigate existing employee perception of stress management strategies within a branch of the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG). As a preliminary step, they have undertaken a review of the existing literature. The aim was to compare, contrast, and challenge conventional research, and engender original and insightful theoretical considerations.
