It Takes a Village is a powerful, globe-spanning documentary exploring the world of youth work and the practitioners dedicating their lives to nurturing young people. Filmed across four countries, this cinematic feature captures raw, intimate conversations with youth workers, community leaders and young people themselves. From the streets of East London to the heart of Zambia, the film reveals the deep human connections and community-driven efforts that shape the futures of young people around the world.
