Industrial waste gas conversion using solid oxide fuel cells

Research output: Contribution to conferencePoster

Abstract

A key activity of this work package is to identify opportunities for more efficient harnessing of hydrogen (H2) within existing industrial processes and the role that this could play in reducing industrial and other carbon emissions in Wales. This poster presents some initial investigations into the use of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) technology to increase the H2 content of industrial gas mixtures whilst decreasing their greenhouse gas content.
