    Abstract

Satellite Navigation systems have become increasingly common in transport – humans are depending on them more and trusting this device more than their own natural initiative. Such devices have the capability of providing a lot of global positioning history of the user. The aim of this research is to develop a method in which this data can be acquired and utilised in the analysis of forensic investigations while still considering laws that are currently in place.
