    Abstract

This paper presents the findings of a project designed to build upon emerging research into the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming concepts and techniques to learning, teaching and practice in Business and Management fields. The study was designed to complement and build on research being conducted into similar issues at other HEI's. Empirical research into the learning styles of the international postgraduate students on the MSc in Marketing was conducted using questionnaires, observation, focus groups and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) frameworks.
