Abstract

The Take Home Naloxone (THN) demonstration project was launched in selected areas across Wales in September 2009. The project was to run in the first instance for just over a year to determine the feasibility of expanding the scheme nationwide. In order to assist this decision, the scheme was independently evaluated. This report provides the results of this evaluation.
