Abstract

The British Heart Foundation's (BHF) and Cardiac Genetic Nurse (CGN) initiative aims to shape the development of improved models of service delivery, for patients and families at risk of inherited cardiac conditions (ICC). Nine nurses have been appointed to 3 year posts in England (n = 8) and Wales (n = 1). etc
