Calan DVS commissioned The Welsh Institute of Health and Social Care (WIHSC) to evaluate the Lotus Project, a sexual violence/abuse support service launched in 2022. The Lotus Project Implemented to provide support to women accessing Calan DVS who have also experienced sexual violence/abuse, the Lotus Project aims to provide a trauma informed and strengths-based approach. The evaluation reported on the outcomes and experiences of survivors accessing and receiving Lotus Project services, the experiences of staff developing/delivering services, and wider Calan DVS staff experience of the provision.
