USW and Public Health Wales are leading a two-year study that aims to reduce substance-related harm in prison and on release. Through interviews across Wales, the research will investigate substance use patterns during and after prison. Partnering with Wales Probation Service, G4S, and Kaleidoscope, the project ultimately hopes to find ways to prevent overdoses and save lives.
