Experienced academic professional with over 15 years of experience within HE and FE environment across UK, UAE and India. Student focused academic with keen interest in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Business Studies. Educational qualifications include PhD within HRM with focus on career choices for management students between UK and India along with MBA with dual specialisation (Marketing and HRM) and MSc (Commerce). Recently been awarded PGCert in HE at USW. 

Proven experience in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses, curriculum development, research supervision and engaging learners from diverse backgrounds. 

Research interests include international HRM, change management, and digitisation within learning and teaching with publications exploring the integration of technology in HRM and education. 

Currently delivering HRM Context and Challenges (BA HRM); Leading and Managing People (MSc HRM).  

Supervision of Postgraduate and Undergraduate Dissertations.
