My research interests include social prescribing, health and wellbeing, and psychophysiology. In particular, I am interested in research that spans these areas in the context of nature-based and/or activity-based interventions.    

  • The influence of exercise upon, cognition, inflammation, and biomarkers of stress.
  • Psychophysiological measures in establishing social prescribing efficacy.
  • The influence of inflammatory response, diet and supplementation upon cognition and affective disorders.
