 Working Towards Phd- Multivariate House price forecasting using Deep Learning

The aim of this research is to identify the main factors affecting the UK housing market and find correlation and identify causation between these factors. Specifically, this research will: • analyze key factors and barriers such as that drive the changes in the UK house price the market between 2015 -2020 • compare and contrast the similarities in the factors of socio-economic effecting time snaps of the five years between 2015 -2020 • identify critical features that have a direct impact on the house price market • design a deep learning model to predict the impact of those features on the future of UK house price

Work experience:-

Previously I worked with the welsh government project of Data analytics level 4 award and involve in training delivery and management. This skill sector was new in 2016 and one of its own kind. I worked as a first assessor and training adviser for data analytics qualification. I primarily delivered modules related to the understanding of Statistical concepts and programming Languages R and python. It also included Data management concepts, Principal of information and governance, Data analysis tools and science, Advance data representation, and manipulation for IT.

I also worked as an IT manager and responsible to report to the director of an IT company Gryphon IT solution Ltd. My role was to work as the first point of contact for the company's client and understand the requirement. I worked on many different projects including Building, maintenance, and host e-commerce websites. Deployment of security software and building network.

I am an educator and like to work with all age group children. I am a STEM ambassador and volunteer on STEM projects with children and prepare them for a competition like First Lego League and FI (formula car design ).
To enhance my knowledge and interest in the subject of Artificial intelligence I am also working towards a Ph.D. on an AI-related subject. Also working as an external examiner.
I am also working with several schools and international colleges to provide support and guidance to enhance knowledge in the field of AI.
