Research interests

Robyn is an experienced academic who has lectured students in Sport Ethics and Philosophy, Sport and Physical Education, Sport Coaching and Football Coaching.

As an early career academic, she has published work relating to Gambling in UK Football, Gender Equity in UK Governance and Leadership and Problem Based Learning in Sport Coaching. Robyn has also been involved in projects with Team Wales (Commonwealth Games) and The Football Association of Wales (FAW)

Research interests include: Women in Sport, Ethics in Sport, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Teaching and Learning, Gender and Sexuality, Governance and Leadership, Gambling in Football, Coach Education.

Robyn is currently course leader for the BSc (Hons) Football Coaching and Administration (Top Up). The course runs in partnership with the English Football League Trust (EFLT) and takes a blended approach to learning.
