Motion Capture Collaboration - Working with Drama and Performance to utilize drama and motion capture. Also to explore Motion Capture with Virtual Reality. 

Experience

Philip Duncan is a lecturer at the University of South Wales teaching on the BA (Hons) Computer Animation course. Philip graduated from Glamorgan University in 2003 where he was fortunate to secure a job at Siriol Productions working on titles such as Fireman Sam and Hannah’s Helpline with responsibilities in Compositing and Animation.

He then transitioned into the Games Industry for the next few years working for Blitz Games Studios on titles such as Spongebob Squarepants, The Biggest Loser and the Bratz franchise to name but a few and has experience with Animation, Rigging and Motion Capture.

Now Philip is fortunate to pass on his passion for the all things CG related supporting students who seek to break into the TV, Film and Games industry covering aspects such as pre-production, animation, rigging, modelling, sculpting, texturing, lighting and many more.
