Teaching interests

I am an Accredited Stength and Conditioning Coach (ASCC) with the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) who is active both through lecturing and coaching and have worked in professional and national level sports for over 10 years. I teach all aspects of Strength and Conditioning from Screening, to Weightlifting, Long Term Athletic Development, Coaching Special Populations and the Coaching Environment. I also supervise student research projects from undergraduate through to Masters level.

Research interests

My research interests lie in Injuries and Screening, developing the Youth athelte and Weigtlifting. 

Experience

I have worked as as Strength and Conditioning coach for over 10 years. I started working in University sport with performance sports teams and Individual International athletes in combat sports. I currentley work with semi-professional rugby, individual athletes and academy sports.
