Research interests

Manisha's research interests encompass various areas in Operations management, focusing on high-reliability industries, digitisation, Industry 4.0, and their applications in both the manufacturing and the public sectors.  Her focus is on integrating advanced technologies into traditional processes and developing strategies for high reliability in dynamic environments. Her research aims to identify best practices for implementing Industry 4.0 concepts to achieve sustainable outcomes. Recently, supported by research funding from the Welsh Government, her research projects are exploring the operational challenges faced by social enterprises.

Experience

Experienced in conducting and contributing to various research and data analysis projects, including collaborations with Integrated Environmental Services (IES) on employability skills and market research. As a Freelance Researcher with the Bevan Commission. Additionally, worked as an Online Lecturer in Business Research Methods, mentoring undergraduate students in developing research proposals, conducting literature reviews, and selecting appropriate methodologies.The experience spans manufacturing and service industries in India and the UK, demonstrating a strong ability to integrate academic research with real-world applications.
