Manisha's research interests encompass various areas in Operations management, focusing on high-reliability industries, digitisation, Industry 4.0, and their applications in both the manufacturing and the public sectors. Her research aims to investigate strategies, frameworks, and best practices for successfully implementing and leveraging Industry 4.0 concepts, ultimately enabling organisations to achieve sustainable and impactful outcomes in their operations.
Experienced in conducting and contributing to various research and data analysis projects, including collaborations with Integrated Environmental Services (IES) on employability skills and market research. As a Freelance Researcher with the Bevan Commission. Additionally, worked as an Online Lecturer in Business Research Methods, mentoring undergraduate students in developing research proposals, conducting literature reviews, and selecting appropriate methodologies.The experience spans manufacturing and service industries in India and the UK, demonstrating a strong ability to integrate academic research with real-world applications.
