Research interests

Dr Llinos Haf Spencer is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of South Wales, working in the Welsh Institute for Health and Social Care (WIHSC).  She is currently working on the Regional Integration Fund evaluation led by Professor Mark Llewellyn, and is leading a WCVA rapid review on the contribution of the third sector to the prevention agenda. Llinos has a particular interest in public health and wellbeing. She is the public involvement and engagement lead for the Welsh School of Social Prescribing Research (WSSPR) led by Professor Carolyn Wallace. Llinos has a degree (1995) and PhD (2000) in Psychology from The University of Liverpool, and also works at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (Mon-Weds).
