Experience

Leonie is a practising artist, illustrator and animator interested in all aspects of communicating ‘story’. She has worked as a freelancer for many years, and has also taught people of all ages at all levels of education, sharing her passion for drawing and making, combined in the ultimate art form that is animation. Leonie has been teaching at HE level since 2002, as Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for the BA Animation Courses at Newport, now part of the animation team at USW, teaching across the curriculum at BA and MA levels.
