Research interests

Dr James Greville conducts research in associative, causal, and relational learning, and how these processes are implicated in clinical psychology and mental health.

James completed his PhD at Cardiff University, studying causal learning from a cognitive science perspective. Since then James has developed an interest in how the principles of learning can be applied in a clinical context - for instance, in the development of addiction or anxiety disorders - and in helping people overcome such problems.
