Research interests

I am course leader for BSc International Business and Management and lecturer on a range of Human Resource Management (HRM), Leadership and Management programmes. I am an experienced, active researcher with specialist interests in:

  • Workplace bullying and harassment
  • Cross-cultural studies
  • Employment relations
  • Conflict management
  • Gender and Equality

 I am also currently involved in a pedagogical study into transnational curriculum collaboration between HE institutions.

1. Cross-cultural study of Workplace Bullying (in collaboration with University of Wollongong in Dubai; Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad; De Montfort University; Escuela Nacional de Antropología e Historia México).

 

2 Workplace Bullying Survivors’ Stories (in collaboration with University of Wollongong in Dubai and De Montfort University).

  

3 The social construction of Workplace Bullying (in collaboration with Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne).

4 Transnational Curriculum Collaboration (in collaboration with Centre of Excellence in Learning and Teaching, USW and University of Wollongong in Dubai).
