Research interests

A professional Mechanical Engineer with experience of automotive, civil & military nuclear engineering, FMCG, non-profit and SME manufacturing industries, have several patents in automotive safety-critical systems and Formula 1.

I gained my PhD in the field of Knowledge Acquisition from the University of the West of England – “Knowledge Acquisition in Knowledge Transfer Partnerships: an Activity Theory based study of business process improvement using process mapping”.

Co-author of the leading textbook ‘Business Information Management’ with Dr Dave Chaffey.
