Research interests
Brian Dowrick has been researching for over 25 years and publications include refereed journal articles and books. His antecedent research history includes pensions law and social policy, equity, some aspects of tort/media law, some legal history and public law. More recently work includes the codification of a Welsh Constitution (and Constitutional Law). Brian has enjoyed a seven year period as Visiting Professor at the University of Paris. He is currently a member of the Law Commission Welsh Advisory Committee and hold editorial board membership of Communications Law and the Cayman Islands Law Journal.
