Dr Biao Zeng is a psycholinguist and founded iTalkTone Lab. His research interests are primarily in audiovisual speech perception, speech and language disorder, and communication-aid, with a focus in applying EEG and eye-tracking into enhancing environmental control and communication. Another major part of his research interests more lies in the practical area, including neurofeedback, brain-computer interface for vulnerable groups such as post-stroke aphasia and ageing people, social impacts on education, health and psychological well-being, and its association with children’s later development.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
