Description In line with my PhD research, I have been passionate about ensuring that the voices of disabled people are heard and listened to in designing and delivering our Creative and Therapeutic Arts curriculum. This philosophy was recognised and celebrated in a National Teaching Fellowship in 2018 and continues to inform the development of the course.

To celebrate Learning Disability Week 2020, a project is shared below where our Creative and Therapeutic Arts students worked with an inclusive theatre company and local special schools to develop their understanding of disability and inclusive practice in the community.
