I was a keynote speaker at the conference and spoke about a research project I was working on entitled 'Using Blogs as Online Reflective Platforms'. The project was exploring the many benefits of peer assessment and how using blogs to facilitate this would possibly render numerous other positives. The learning outcomes were as follows:

1. Students will learn how to engage with blogs in order to maximise exposure of their design process to peers and professionals.
2. Students will learn how to give and receive constructive critique of work in order to improve their own and others’ design process.
3. Students will learn how to evaluate their own progress and provide a critical commentary of their discoveries and changing understanding.
