Polymer Nanocomposites for Energy Storage Applications: This Special Issue focuses on the design, synthesis, and application of polymer nanocomposites in advanced energy storage systems. With the rising demand for high-performance batteries and supercapacitors, polymer nanocomposites are emerging as key materials due to their unique ability to combine the properties of polymers with nanoscale fillers. These composites offer enhanced electrochemical stability, improved ionic conductivity, and better mechanical integrity, making them ideal candidates for use in energy storage devices such as lithium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries, and supercapacitors. This issue will cover topics including novel nanocomposite formulations, advancements in conductive polymers, and innovative applications in next-generation battery technology. Contributions exploring the role of nanocomposites in improving battery performance, safety, and sustainability are particularly encouraged.
