Non-judgmental peer-coaching observations. Participants (group of 3) engage in a series of collaborative, open meetings around their pedagogy and the focus of the triads. Participants observe each other teach [lecture] whilst engaging with students and recording 'what went wells' (aspects that are deemed to be effective) and an 'even better if' (an area of focus for further reflection/ development). Following each lecture/ session observed, an open, reflective dialogue ensues where feedback is shared and practice is reflected upon.
