The Health and Housing Research Network designed, developed and delivered a bespoke 5 day training package for Trivallis Housing Association. The training was aimed at exploring reflective practices, understanding and facilitating change, community profiling, and leading change within the housing and community sector. The workshops were structured to provide a blend of theoretical insights and practical exercises, fostering a deeper understanding and skill development among participants.First Workshop: Reflective Practice
