Organised the first ever Confederation of British Industry (Wales) Emerging Leaders Conference, for aspiring and emerging women leaders in Wales. This was sponsored by Dwr Cymru, and part funded by the CBI, the Learned Society of Wales, and MEDR's Civic Activity Fund.
