A programme of work has begun to embed EDI principles throughout our organisational culture and in our behaviour, working practices and organisational policies. We aim to ensure that this paradigm shift includes the ways that we communicate and engage with those involved in the business of the Association. We recognise this needs to be owned at every level, and we have begun this process with the Board. We acknowledge that we have much work to do, and we will ensure that there is greater transparency and openness throughout our decision-making processes. We intend to continually learn and develop as an organisation and will reflect upon our practice and seek to improve it, even when and where this is an uncomfortable process.
