A Pan-University Research Collaboration: Student Perceptions of the National MA Education (Wales)

Activity: Talk or presentationOral presentation

Description

As part of a collaborative initiative between programme directors across multiple universities, we delivered a presentation examining student perceptions of the National MA Education (Wales). The research findings were presented to educational leadership professionals, and I focus specifically on student-generated recommendations for enhancing the National delivery approach.

In my presentation I also addressed key tensions identified within the research findings, explored under the framework "Room for Improvement versus What is Possible?" This analysis examined the balance between student aspirations for course enhancement and the practical constraints within current educational contexts.

The research contributes to ongoing discussions about professional learning quality for unique pan-university collaborations such as the National MA Education (Wales), providing evidence-based insights from the student perspectives to inform future course development and policy considerations.
