N2 - As part of the evaluation of the introduction of the Integrated Family Support Service (IFSS) approach within Newport City Council Children's Services, the University of Wales, Newport undertook interviews and collected questionnaires from managers and practitioners within those teams able to refer to the Integrated Family Support Team (IFST), namely Child Protection, Children with Disabilities, Duty and Assessment and Looked After Children.
