Crynodeb

The Utila Spiny-tailed Iguana (Ctenosaura bakeri) is a critically endangered species endemic to the island of Utila in the Bay Islands Archipelago off the northern coast of Honduras. The following note documents predation of C. bakeri by at least two snake species, in the form of two observations of Boa imperator preying on adult female and male iguanas, as well as Oxybelis aeneus predating a hatchling.
